Apply is the grant administration system of the Public Programs Office of the American Library Association. The Public Programs Office works with a wide range of funders to bring cultural programming, reading and discussion series, traveling exhibits and more to libraries across the country.
A. Yes. You will need to create an account and select a password to access the system. You can do this by following the Register link for any open opportunity. All you need is a valid email that can receive messages from publicprograms@ala.org.
A. No. Once you've made an account for one project, you can use it to access all future projects on Apply. This helps you not have to remember multiple passwords, and allows you to access all of your application materials under one sign in.
A. You can always set a new password by visiting the main password reset page, or by visiting the reset page under any given project. (E.g., https://apply.ala.org/nativevoices/password/new. These do the same thing.) Enter your email address in the form, and the system will send you a link to set your password.
A. Yes. From your profile home page (https://apply.ala.org/home) just click the "Change my email/password" link. This page is accessible from any project by clicking "My Profile" in the upper right hand corner.
